Account Terms

Users are responsible for keeping their passwords secure. Wazin is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to maintain account and password security.

Users are responsible for all activities and content (e.g., data, graphics, images, and links) uploaded under their account ("Store Content"). Users must not transmit any viruses, worms, or harmful codes.

Violating any provision of the Terms of Use will result in immediate termination of the user's services and possible compensation claims.

 

Account Activation

Account Ownership

The beneficiary of Wazin's service is considered the contracting party (Account Owner) and is bound by the Terms of Use. The Account Owner is the sole individual authorized to manage any other accounts provided to them.

If you are subscribing on behalf of an employer, the employer becomes the Account Owner, and you are required to act under their authorization and comply with the terms.

 

Payment and Billing

Payment Services, Mada/Visa/MasterCard, and Credit Cards

Wazin may provide Mada or Visa/MasterCard information based on the Account Owner's request after registration is complete.

It is the user’s responsibility to activate payment services using these platforms. If you do not wish to keep them active, you are responsible for deactivating them.

By using these services in your store, you agree to their respective terms. Changes to their terms will be published on the application or website, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

If you disagree with the changes, you must deactivate the services and discontinue their use.

Cash on Delivery

This service will be activated upon the Account Owner's request.

Users are responsible for managing this service and may deactivate it if desired. This service is provided by a third party and subject to their terms and conditions.

Bank Transfers

Wazin can activate bank transfer services upon request.

Users are fully responsible for managing their bank transfer services and ensuring the accuracy of banking information. Wazin bears no liability for errors or losses resulting from the mismanagement of bank transfer data.

 

Wazin offers subdomain services in the format "storename.wazin.sa" for your store, which can be used and shared with customers.

Users are responsible for purchasing, activating, and deactivating their domain names through third-party services.

 

General Provisions

Users must read and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before joining Wazin.

Assistance is provided exclusively through the website/application and email.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes are subject to Saudi courts.

 

Rights of Wazin

Wazin reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time without prior notice.

Wazin retains the right to reject service activation for any person at any time.

Wazin may remove accounts or content that violates applicable laws or Wazin’s policies.

 

Limitation of Liability

Users agree that Wazin is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service usage.

Wazin provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

 

Intellectual Property and User Content

Wazin does not claim ownership of content uploaded by users. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

Wazin reserves the right to review content to ensure compliance with terms and policies.

 

Pricing and Subscription

Subscription fees must be paid upfront, and invoices are issued annually.

Users must provide valid credit card details for recurring payments.
